Yes. Before anything goes into production, you'll receive a digital proof for your review and approval. We don't move forward until you're happy with how everything looks — because getting it right matters more than getting it fast.

Because promotional products are custom-made to your specifications, we're unable to accept returns on correctly produced orders. However, if there is an error on our end or a quality issue, we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority and we stand behind every order we produce.

Production times vary depending on the product and quantity, but most orders ship within 5–10 business days after proof approval. Rush options are available for many items — just let us know your deadline and we'll do our best to make it work.

We do our best to match your brand colors as closely as possible using PMS color matching. Keep in mind that colors can vary slightly depending on the product material and imprint method — your proof approval is the best opportunity to confirm everything looks right before production begins. you'll only be billed for what you receive.

Customer should supply electronic artwork. Unless otherwise specified on your purchase order, all artwork will be sized to best maximize the imprint areas indicated. If no particular imprint area is indicated, we reserve the right to decorate in the area most suitable for the artwork and method specified.

Artwork Charges
Artwork clean-up, touch-ups, typesetting, or re-sizing requiring less than 1/2 hour is free. Additional artwork or sizing by Ad Infinitum is billed at $50 per half-hour.

Orders are accepted subject to full compliance with all applicable laws and with full awareness of and agreement with Ad Infinitum SWAG terms and conditions of sale, as well as with this information section of this website. By submitting copy for use by us, customer represents, warrants, and guarantees without limitation that its use or placement by Ad Infnitum SWAG or its agents on the items ordered will not violate any applicable laws including, without limitation, trademark, patent, or copyright. Customer agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Ad Infnitum SWAG, at customer’s expense, with counsel of Ad Infnitum SWAG's choosing, from and against all claims and expenses related to production, distribution, sale, use, or catalog display of such copy. Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, customer’s order shall constitute customer’s consent to Ad Infnitum SWAG use, photography, or display of copy or imprinted product for advertising, marketing, or related purposes. Virtual .pdf proofs are provided at no charge. This is your last chance to change artwork, colors or PMS specifications! Upon paper proof written approval, everyone is committed and we will produce screens and/or plates. Final, production proofs are submitted at your request to verify placement only. Upon written placement verification, we will complete your order.

Cancellations

Once an order is in house and in full production, any changes or cancellations will result in a charge for costs incurred to date. Costs include and may not be limited to artwork, screen, tape, setup, restocking charges and shipping charges related to product movement from warehouse to customization facilities.
